This robust palletizer can be applied for all types of bags with a diversity of size and stacking methods. It has shown reliable performance for many years. At several customers this type of palletizer has given proof of more than 20 years faithful service with to no failures. Self evidently regular maintenance has been applied.
The filled bags will be transported upwards by means of an elevator belt, provided with an equalizer for bag leakage detection. Subsequently there is a buffer belt to prevent down time, which may occur when pallets are changed. Directly behind the buffer belt is the intake position of the bags. Here the robotic head takes over the bag. The bags will be laid down in the required pattern and centered in the right format on a forming table with side fences, which can opened. The side fences can be automatically adjusted, for each size of pallet. The lifting roller conveyor with the pallet to be filled lowers one layer, where after the forming table closes.
The machine will be provided with an empty pallet store with de-stacking for the automatic pallet supplier. Hereby the pallets will be transported one by one to the conveyor where they will be centered and transported upwards till just below the forming tables. In this conveyor an additional sheet dispenser can be placed to put sheets of paper or cardboard automatically on the pallet.

After this the bags will be laid down in formation on a forming table. Below this forming table is a pallet.
As soon as the forming table opens, the bags will be laid down gently on the pallet. The lifting roller conveyor with the pallet to be filled lowers a little bit, where after the forming table closes.
For the supply of the pallet one may choose an empty pallet store with automatic de-stacking. Hereby the pallets will be transported one by one to the conveyor. Here they will be centered and transported upwards till just below the forming tables. In this conveyor an additional sheet dispenser can be placed to lay sheets of paper or cardboard automatically on the pallet. The conveyor transports the filled pallet.
