There are two kinds of open mouth bag presenter:

1. Bag presenter with front-taking. This kind is suitable for all type of bags like: paper open mouth bags, plastic bags and all kinds of woven bags (preferable with plastic inner sac).
2. Bag presenter with behind-taking. This machine is suitable for more security in the taking of plastic and polypropylene bags en guarantees a higher capacity for paper bags. Here an additional position can be introduced for a unit to encode bags with printer or labels.

The bags are fabricated by means of controlled unreeling of the tubular foil. The machinery guarantees a uniform foil bag length. It seals the film vertically and cuts the bag. The open side of the bag will be opened horizontally and presented onto the filling mouth.

The required film-length can be set by programming, during a continuous printing process or by using a dot reader while intermittent printing continues. As an option it is possible to choose for a corner seal unit to obtain the bags more in block shape.

The bag presenter with rear-taking is very suitable to be used in combination with a tubular foil machine. This would allow you to combine a tubular film machine with a paper en/of polypropylene open mouth bags unit increase capacity.
