HMR machinebouw develops closing lines for a variety of bag types. That may be plastic, paper, PP woven bags, with or without plastic inner layer or jute bags. And that counts for each way of closing: sealing, sewing and taping, for  folding or cutting off, crêpe strip or stop thread, as well as for flat straightened bags or bags with side fold. HMR machinebouw can provide you a closing line for any type of packaging. That may be incorporated in a complete line as well as in a separate, mobile piece of equipment.

CLOSING PLASTIC, PAPER OR WOVEN BAG

Sewing:

  • With or without Crêpe strip and or stop thread to prevent dust formation
  • With labeler to add labels with sewing

 

Sealing:

  • Of plastic bags
  • With pre-glued tape over the topside of the bag to close the paper bag without sewing thread
  • Pre-glued paper bags folding and sealing (pinch sealing)

 

Options:

  • Height adjustment to bring the bag straight into the closing line, after stretching
  • Bags top folding as preprocessing for (pinch) sealing , holt melt gluing or sewing and cooling to close pre-glued bags
  • Sealer with continuously heated beans, puls sealer of ultra-soon sealing
CLOSING INNER BAG

Possibilities:

  • Bag top conveyors and bag top holder on sledge
  • Stretcher to the filling mouth or as a loose station, for example after de-aeration
  • Bag top air removal
  • Bag top vacuum
  • De-aerator through probes or vacuum pumps
  • Use forced airstream to remove contaminants from the bag top to ensure cleanliness and obtain a guaranteed closed seal
  • Shake or vibrate to increase bulk density and hence reduce level of the product
TRANSPORT

The bag can be transported under 90º or 180º with bag top or bottom first (kicking or pushing. In the bag transport after the closing line we can make transport belts with a wide variation of functions.
