HMR machinebouw has for each FOOD product an usable filling line. We have different dosing units for these filling lines available, depending on the product properties. That means you can choose between different kinds of dosing machines, like screw dosing, belt dosing, free fall dosing and vibration dosing to allow you to process every type of product.
Especially for products which exhibit very low bulk density, we have developed a vertical screw dosing. This will be used for the under level filling of bags. Herewith two extra stations can be installed for the fine dosing. Of course this depends on the desired capacity.
Under level filling is suitable for very fine dust products and is usually used in the milk powder industry for filling from 150 to 600 bags per hour. The bag is being pulled over a filling tube and next filled by a vertical tube equipped with screw. In that case the product is laid down in the bag whereas dust formation will be reduced to a minimum. These machines come in various layouts, in order to meet the variety in capacity requirements. These layouts vary from a linear filling machine with a dosing position for gross and fine dosing to an extensive carousel with 5 filling points.
The under level dosing is ideal for (skimmed) milk powders, potato flakes, peas powder, starch, sugar and other fine dust products. This type of machines can be provided under gas flushing.
With this kind of weighing we feed the weight directly in the bag. This enables us to deliver a machine which is dust free and able to bag almost every product. The relatively small size of the machines allows us to build them quite compact.
By using the direct dosing in the bag, the gross fill weighing is very suitable for production of dusty, fast running products, like milk powders, dried nutrition supplements, feeds, grains, seeds, chemicals, salt, fertilizers etc.
With net weighing the product will be dosed in a bunker. Below this bunker is the filling mouth which opens the bag. After the weighing the bunker is able to drop the product into the bag. While replacing the filled bag by an empty one, the bunker will be weighed again, which increases capacity.
This kind of weighing method is suitable for most of the products and is recommended when the capacity of the machines is a important issue. Like, feed, animal food, grains, oats, dried flakes, fertilizers, slats etc.
